USC Hosting, Inc. Privacy Policy.

Information Gathered:
USC Hosting, Inc. will gather certain information in order for us to fulfill our agreement
with you. This information will include your name, address, phone number, your current email
address, credit card number, expiration date and CID number. You may chose to store your
credit card information on our servers on check out by selecting the "Save/update card on
file:" link. If not checked credit card information is not stored and is only used for processing
your order through Verisign. Your name, address, phone number, you current email
address will be stored for future billing depending on the term length for the plan in which
you signed up. This information will only be used within the scope of our agreement for web hosting
services provided to you at your request.

Security:
All information is transferred between you and our servers over a secured socket layer (SLL)
provided by GeoTrust to insure the highest security of your information stored on our servers.
All credit information is store beyond a multi-fire walled network gateway stored on a SQL
servers to insure the highest security to private information.

Data Sharing:
Your data is not shared or sold to any third party company or organization (except for SSL
purchases and Domain Registrations, see below). Data may be used for internal reporting
purposes but only in the extent of hosting numbers, total accounts open, closed and general
accounts tracking. No personal data is included in these reporting features and is only
available to CEO's of USC Hosting, Inc. No other information is stored or gathered other
then the above information given about you and or your business.

Domain purchases:
ICANN requires valid information in order to successfully create a valid registered domain
name on the internet. Your information will be passed to ICANN on domain creation. You can

Secured Socket Layer (SSL) Purchases.
Your information must be passed on to GEOtrust for any SSL certificates purchased. Please
read their privacy policy found here.

Will we contact you?
We may at times send you emails concerning special promotions, upcoming events, reminder
emails containing domain registration renewals, hosting account expirations. You may opt out at
anytime by replying to the emails with remove in the subject line.

Expired hosting plans:
Your account information can be removed from our data bases at the end of your hosting plan
by emailing sales@uschost.com and requesting this action take place. All other accounts will be
deleted after one year if not requesting immediate removal.
